The Eye Care Center is committed to providing you with the best care possible, and that includes taking necessary precautions during the COVID-19 outbreak. It is important to ensure your safety, as well as care for our employees. Recommended protocols provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have already been implemented.

  • With the challenges of COVID-19 all around us, our team wants to be sure YOU are taken care of as well. Things do look a little different at the office right now.
  • If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or flu-like symptoms, or if you have traveled internationally in the last 30 days, please contact your primary care provider. (To ensure the safety of everyone, these patients are being rescheduled unless there is an eye emergency.)
  • Keeping our offices maintained with the highest standards of cleanliness, we will be frequently wiping down all common surfaces as well as all treatment rooms after every patient encounter.
  • When you arrive, you're welcomed, but may have to wait in your car until your appointment time. The front desk team will ask you a few questions, take your temperature, and give you some hand sanitizer. It's best to wear your own mask into the office. If not, we can supply one for you. An Infection Control Committee has been assembled to review changes and make adjustments on an ongoing basis. The goal is to ensure protection for patients, staff, and for our community!

If you have any questions, or you wish to reschedule, please call the office at 585-394-2020.
