The Eye Care Center is pleased to offer the convenience of an online patient portal for all our Canandaigua, Newark or Geneva patients. Patients can use this easy-to-use online portal to communicate electronically with our staff and doctors, update medical records, ask questions and request medication refills.
“We are pleased to offer this interactive tool for our patients providing the secure 24/7 online access patients today expect,” said Vicki Pratt, clinical administrator, The Eye Care Center. “We encourage our patients to set up an account and see how easy it is to send us non-urgent questions, update medical information and request appointments.”
The Eye Care Center portal can be accessed by clicking on the icon via the home page on the website www.theeyecarecenter.com or clicking on patient portal on the For Patient tab.
Through the portal you can update your health information, check-in for appointments, see office visit notes, review patient education from your provider, request medication refills and copies of eye glass prescriptions, maintain your demographic and insurance information, make online payments, communicate with our providers and staff through secure messaging and so much more!
