I am always met with a personal and friendly greeting upon entering the office. Everyone is professional, polite and the doctors are prompt in seeing me. I especially enjoy Ginny Schinsing. She is delightful and provides exceptional customer service!
The eye care center in Geneva is the best. I tell everyone to go there. Everyone is very friendly. Wait time is minimal. Dr. Dugo is caring and efficient. I am very happy with everything about the eye care center.
I have been going to the eye care center for years. Dr. Ceravolo is my doctor and she’s great! During my last visit, I had Nicole as my tech and she was very friendly and had a lot of patience with me since I can be a difficult patient when it comes to eye drops. lol. She also was very quick with the process too!
I have always received the best of care at The Eye Care Center. The staff is thoughtful and competent and doctors are phenomenal .
During my visit today, Dr. Dugo and Joy were both pleasant and efficient. They made me feel comfortable. They explained things as we went along during the exam. Although I was not ready to choose new frames, I will go back soon to check out the selection. The facilities are super clean. There was no wait time. The women at the desk were upbeat and friendly. Except for those miserable drops in my eyes.....to be expected......it was a very good experience.
All the staff was amazing and very helpful. Dr Ray was very professional and answered all my questions swiftly. The optician was very nice and helpful picking out amazing glasses. I highly recommend getting your eyes checked at the eye care center!

Had an appointment for a full eye exam. Had to bring my 3 year old and the office was extremely accommodating and friendly. Loved my provider, Dr. Ceravolo, she is the best. Great staff and very professional and knowledgeable. Best place for an eye exam, hands down.
I had eyelid surgery with Dr. Rothstein and it (and she!) was amazing. No pain at all, quick recovery, and I'm thrilled with the results. Dr. Rothstein and her staff are efficient, competent, and charming. The entire practice is very patient friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.
My wife and I have both been seen at the Eye Care Center for acute and preventative appointments. Even when the staff had to juggle schedules to fit us in when we had an acute issue we were seen in what I thought was a quite reasonable time. The staff always seems pleasant and professional and the doctors are kind and thorough. I would recommend The Eye Care Center of Canandaigua to anyone in need of urgent or regular eye care.

Fist time at The Newark Eye Care Center. I had no wait time and all staff were very friendly. Doctor took the time to ask questions and also answer any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend Newark Eye Care Center.
We came to The Eye Care Center when we needed a place we could trust with our eye care and have been very pleased from our basic exams, to being treated in a very short time frame when in need of diagnostic care. Very pleased!

Eye Care Center is great, This place has the BEST accommodating staff as well as the Best doctor you could find. Dr Hindman goes above and beyond to take care of her patients. I travel 2 hours one way for my appointments with Dr. Hindman, I have keratoconus and most can't treat it properly, no one else can match the care you receive here.

Dr. Hindman is a tremendously talented surgeon, a caring and empathetic physician. She is a professional woman who's both kind and personable. I trust her implicitly and have complete faith in the treatment plan we've developed for my corneal dystrophy. Two surgeries down, one more to go and I'm confident in the outcome.
